Referral Service Program

As a complimentary community service, Friends for Friends offers referral assistance to seniors and healthcare professionals serving the geriatric and special needs populations.  Our information specialists possess a broad scope of knowledge in the field of senior services including issues related to health, housing, safety, social and psychological.  We skillfully address the needs of the individual through a telephone assessment.  This process allows us to offer the caller a variety of options that make for appropriate referrals.
